PT6715N Features
PT6715N Description
The PT6715 series of power modulesare a 13-A rated integrated switchingregulator (ISR), housed in a 17-pin spacesaving solderable copper package. Thesemodules will operate off either a 5V or3.3V input power bus to provide a high-performance low-voltage power source forthe industry’s latest high-speed, DSPs,µPs, and bus drivers. This allows for theeasy integration of these new low-voltageICs into existing 3.3V or 5V systems with-out re-designing the central power supply. The series includes the standard outputbus voltage options, ranging from 1.0Vto 3.3V. Each output voltage option hasa limited adjust range.Features include a Standby (On/Off)function, a differential output RemoteSense, and short circuit protection. Themodules are available in both through-hole and surface mount configurations.PT Series Suffix (PT1234x)
