These power modules are a series ofhigh performance, 8-A rated, IntegratedSwitching Regulators (ISRs), housed in alow cost 14-Pin SIP (Single In-line Pack-age). Operating from either a 3.3V or 5Vstandard power bus, the PT6520 seriesproduces a high-output, low-voltagepower source for the industry’s latesthigh-speed, microprocessors, ASICs, &DSPs. This allows for the easy integrationof these new low-voltage ICs into existing3.3V or 5V systems without re-designingthe power supply.The PT6520 series features an outputOn/Off standby pin and output short-circuit protection.
