PT5502C Description

The PT5500 Excalibur™ power modulesare a series of high-performance IntegratedSwitching Regulators (ISRs). Rated 3A,these modules operate from input voltages aslow as 3.1V to provide a local step-downpower source. They are an ideal complimentto the industry’s latest high-performance DSPsand microprocessors. The series includesoutput voltage options as low as 1.0VDC.The PT5500 series is packaged in a 5-pinthermally efficient copper case. The case issolderable, has a small footprint, and canaccommodate both through-hole and surfacemount pin configurations.The product features external outputvoltage adjustment, an inhibit function, andshort circuit protection.
