PT4484C Description
The PT4484 Excalibur™ DC/DCconverter module combines state-of-the-art power conversion technology withun-paralleled flexibility. Incorporatinghigh efficiency and ultra-fast transientresponse, these modules provide up to20A of output current over the program-mable voltage range of 4.6V to 5.7V.The modules include a number ofinbuilt features to facilitate systemintegration. These include a foldbackoutput current limit, over-temperatureprotection, and an inhibit on/off control.A differential remote sense is also providedto compensate for voltage drop betweenthe converter and load.For additional output current, onePT4484 may be operated with up to twoPT4498 compatible booster modules.Each PT4498 adds an additional 20A ofoutput current capability. •
