PT4476C Description
The PT4476 Excalibur™ DC/DCconverter module combines state-of-the-art power conversion technology withun-paralleled flexibility. Incorporatinghigh efficiency and ultra-fast transientresponse, these modules provide up to8.5A of output current over the program-mable voltage range of 6.5V to 17.5V.The modules include a number ofinbuilt features to facilitate systemintegration. These include a foldbackoutput current limit, over-temperatureprotection, and an inhibit on/off control.A differential remote sense is also providedto compensate for voltage drop betweenthe converter and load.For additional output current, onePT4476 may be operated with up to twoPT4493 compatible booster modules.Each PT4493 adds an additional 8.5A ofoutput current capability. •
