PT4225A Description

The PT4220 power modules are aseries of DC/DC converters housed inan ultra-low profile (8mm) solderablecopper case. The series includes a num-ber of preset output voltages rangingfrom 1.3V† up to 12V, all fully approvedfor Telecom use. They may also be usedin many other applications that requireinput-output isolation over an extendedtemperature range. The modules are anideal choice for low-power digital andanalog circuits, including DSPs andmicrocontrollers. The flexibility ofinput-output isolation also allows theoutput to be configured for negativevoltage operation.The PT4220 series is made availablein both horizontal and vertical pin con-figurations, including surface mount. •
