DAC7617E/1KG4 DESCRIPTION
The DAC7617 is a quad, serial input, 12-bit, voltageoutput Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with guar-anteed 12-bit monotonic performance over the –40(cid:176) Cto +85(cid:176) C temperature range. An asynchronous resetclears all registers to either mid-scale (800H) or zero-scale (000H), selectable via the RESETSEL pin. Theindividual DAC inputs are double buffered to allowfor simultaneous update of all DAC outputs. Thedevice is powered from a single +3V supply.Low power and small size makes the DAC7617 idealfor automatic test equipment, DAC-per-pin program-mers, data acquisition systems, and closed-loop servo-control. The device is available in SO-16 andSSOP-20 packages and is guaranteed over the–40(cid:176) C to +85(cid:176) C temperature range.
