This ensures that the sensors are fullyinterchangeable, with no recalibration or software changes required. TheSi7015 can be used as a drop-in upgrade for the Si7005 with only minorsoftware changes because the register sets are the same, and the4x4 mm QFN package is footprint-compatible with that of the Si7005.The device is compatible with standard SMT assembly processes, suchas reflow.
