The ZL2004 is a digital DC-DC controller designed towork with the ZL1505 MOSFET driver IC. Currentsharing allows multiple devices to be connected inparallel to source loads with very high currentoptimizationdemands. Adaptivealgorithms improve power conversion efficiency acrossthe entire load range. Zilker Labs Digital-DC™technology enables a blend of power conversionperformance and power management features.performanceThe ZL2004 is designed to be a flexible building blockfor DC power and can be easily adapted to designsranging from a single-phase power supply operatingfrom a 4.5 V input to a multi-phase supply operatingfrom a 12V input. The ZL2004 eliminates the need forcomplicated power supply managers as well asnumerous external discrete components.All operating features can be configured by simple pin-strap/resistor selection or through the SMBus™ serialinterface.
