The FODM301X and FODM302X series consists of a GaAsinfrared emitting diode driving a silicon bilateral switch housedin a compact 4-pin mini-flat package. The lead pitch is 2.54 mm.They are designed for interfacing between electronic controlsand power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for115V/240V operations.
