The MIC5264 is a dual 150mA LDO in tiny 2.5mm x2.5mm MLF® packaging ideal for applications where costis the priority. The MIC5264 is ideal for any application inportable electronics,including both RF and Digitalapplications. With low output noise and high PSRR, theMIC5264 is ideal for noise sensitive RF applications. Whilethe fast transient response and active shutdown circuitrymakes it well-suited for powering digital circuitry.The MIC5264 has a 2.7V to 5.5V input operating voltagerange, making it ideal for operation from a single celllithium ion battery or fixed 3.3V and 5V systems. EachLDO is completely independent and can be poweredindependently, making it easier to use in distributed powerapplications.The MIC5264 offers low dropout voltage (210mV at150mA), low output noise (57µVrms), high PSRR andintegrates an active shutdown circuit on the output of eachregulator to discharge the output voltage when disabled.Data sheets and supporting documentation can be foundon Micrel’s web site at: www.micrel.com
